I treat regulation, engineering constraints and business models as design materials, not obstacles. I facilitate the workshops, write the code, and hold the metric as the arbiter.
About Felix
Product design leader in Amsterdam.
Felix Oginni is a Nigerian-born, Amsterdam-based product design leader who started out making websites in 2007, mostly with code. As the web evolved, his focus shifted towards digital product design & user experience. Over seven years at Booking.com he shipped products across guest experience, identity and partner platforms, including the Online Check-in flow. Before that he led the Rave 2.0 redesign at Flutterwave. He studied Engineering Design at Nottingham and Business & Innovation Management at Middlesex, and has been a self-taught engineer since 2007.

Principles
- The metric is the arbiter. If it didn't move, the work is not complete.
- Regulation and engineering limits are the brief, not the obstacle.
- Build the system before the screens, then let the screens conform.
- If an agent can't read it, you're missing out on an emerging traffic source.
